We create all of our own substrate In-house. Mushrooms thrive on woody substrate so we create our own and sterilize it to begin the process of growing all of our Fresh Wild Gourmet Mushrooms.
Mushrooms require A clean, sterile environment, While we work in our lab we run our hepa-filter. The air is constantly circulating and getting filtered into the room. Contamination can one of the hardest challenges with mushroom farming.
We regularly add new customers and delivery areas. We currently deliver to the following areas; Jackson, Battle Creek, Lansing, Flint, Detroit, Ferndale, and Ann Arbor. Call us to add your restaurant to our delivery schedule.
